We're looking for an Informatics Administrator to join us in maximizing the value of radiologic services and to generate the highest quality care for patients.

The Informatics Manager will work closely with Covera Health’s Operations, Data Science, and Provider Partnerships teams, as well as serving as a key liaison to radiology providers across the country, to help drive the day-to-day operations related to radiology systems implementation and integration, image requisitions, and diagnostic exam Quality Assessment (QA) related activities.  This candidate must have knowledge of and technical experience with PACS/RIS operations and an understanding of DICOM and DICOM services.

You will be expected to:

  • Administer clinical applications of imaging, reporting, integration and other ancillary applications; including user accounts, application configurations, updates and installations.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Data Science, and Provider Partnerships, as needed, to assist in the implementation and management of imaging systems and related quality assurance programs.

  • Provide expertise in the planning, development and implementation of imaging systems.

  • Interface with appropriate vendor(s) and Covera Health resources to drive key projects and resolve day-to-day operational issues.

  • Works closely with providers to ensure timely and complete capture of DICOM image data into the PACS system as well as network transmission, RIS validation, and exceptions handling.

  • Act as and develop others to be Super Users for key imaging applications. Support radiology providers, as needed, in troubleshooting application related issues and servicing as a liaison with application account management staff.

  • Support key Operations and Provider Partnerships projects, as required.

  • BA in Information Systems or imaging-related discipline or other relevant discipline.

  • At least 3 years of work experience in radiology systems (PACS or RIS) maintenance, or management.

  • Hospital or Large Freestanding Radiology Group experience preferred.
